Cancellation policy; - Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the course start date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the course start date are NON-Refundable. - If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 3 days before the course. (Numbers waiting depending) Refund policy; - Full refund is only provided for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period. - No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than the 7 days before the course. - In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by us, you will recieve a full refund or a rescheduled date. How to request a refund or cancellation; - Please email blendedhairextensions@hotmail.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation. - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
